I hope you woke up with a smile on your face this morning, because you deserve it! And what is not to smile about – the sun is out, nature is in full blossom and it’s the time of growth and change. While most of you know a lot about my work, travels and my kids, I like to keep the most important person in my life out of my posts and blog. This very special love doesn’t like to be in the lime light and I respect that with all my heart. But sometimes I can’t help wanting to share a just a tiny slice of my happiness with the world, and today is that day: let me talk just a little bit about my husband!
You can say it was love at first sight when we met in Munich. We were together from day one, no games or heartache – it felt like I had finally come home. And that he gave me in Munich. Along with a city full of loyal friends and a new family that makes my heart overflow. Every day I count my blessings and try to let him know how much I appreciate his support for my work, his devotion as a father and the beautiful fun moments we spend together.
He is the reason I can keep going with two kids and two jobs (yes, I started a beautiful new project, a media news company called Glam-O-Meter with amazing ex chief editor of InStyle, Annette Weber) and still feel energized. I can’t help myself, but I always love to look my best for him, and most days, he is the reason I put so much dedication in my hair, make-up and styling.
Having my husband in my life pushes me farther than I could ever get alone, and inspires me to excellence.
