For me Lodenfrey has been an essential part of Munich since I moved here, and even more since my family grew with Luca and Matteo. It is almost always one of my stops when I go to the city centre, and I love the flagship store’s vibes throughout the season. My by far favourite time of the year to pass by is the festive season: I go shopping for my kids, my parents, my husband and myself on a regular basis. They always have the classics one needs for any situation, be it a soft cashmere jumper for myself, cool and fun outfits for my kids or something easy to wear for my parents.

It’s the third season we’re collaborating and Lodenfrey is like family to me by now. I love their team and their service, so its only natural that I get my whole Christmas collection at their shop. To me Christmas means that I want everyone to feel comfortable, cosy and warm while still looking festive.

I don’t want the boys to be stuck in a stiff suite (even though I occasionally do adore a toddler in a suit) on Christmas Eve because they will want to run around with their new toys, crawl under the tree and eat so much that their little bellies need space to expand. The Stella MacCartney collection for kids is an absolute dream!

I, myself, am all for comfort this year, too. Soft and stylish jogging pants with flat shoes and a fun red hat is my Christmas main-wear and I’m loving it. Of course, Lodenfrey has any kind of outfit if you don’t feel like dressing down – go browse for a gown on their website if you’re busy.

Even better, pass by the shop and breathe in the Christmas scented air while letting their friendly staff find the perfect outfit for you! It’s always great to have a mulled wine at the town square Christmas market before and after doing some last minutes shopping for your loved ones.

Let me know what you found, I love hearing about my readers shopping success stories!
Love,
Vik
